- Worksheets
- Assessments
- Branding
- Course frameworks
- Techniques and educational methods
- Photography, graphics, and marketing material
Purchasing a course grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal educational use only.
Ownership of all course content remains with The Haus of Artists at all times.
4. Strict Prohibition on Sharing Course Content
Students are strictly prohibited from:
- Sharing login details
- Uploading course content to third-party platforms
- Recording online lessons without permission
- Copying or reproducing training materials

This applies to both free and paid materials.
Any unauthorised sharing, reproduction, distribution, or misuse of course content is considered a breach of these Terms and may result in:
- Immediate removal from the course without refund
- Revocation of certificates
- Permanent ban from future training
- Legal action for copyright infringement and financial damages

5. Student Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Behave respectfully toward educators, staff, models, and other students
- Participate professionally during training
- Follow all hygiene and safety procedures
- Maintain appropriate conduct in online groups, forums, or mentoring spaces
We reserve the right to remove any student engaging in:
- Harassment
- Bullying
- Disruptive behaviour
- Defamation
- Inappropriate conduct
- Misuse of course information or materials
Removal due to misconduct may occur without refund.
6. Payments & Refunds
All course fees must be paid in full or under an approved payment arrangement prior to course access or attendance.
Due to the digital nature of online education and immediate access to intellectual property:
- Online course purchases are non-refundable
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Change of mind refunds are not provided
For in-person training:
- Rescheduling requests may be considered with reasonable notice
- Failure to attend may result in forfeiture of fees paid
Refunds will only be considered where required under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Certification
Certificates may be issued upon successful completion of course requirements, assessments, and practical components where applicable.
We reserve the right to withhold certification if:

- Payment obligations remain outstanding

Completion of training does not guarantee business success, employment, insurance approval, or licensing outcomes.

- Client suitability
- Business effort
- Product usage
- Technique application
We do not guarantee specific financial results, business growth, social media growth, client retention, or treatment outcomes.
Students are responsible for continuing their own education, practice, and compliance with local laws and regulations.
9. Health, Safety & Liability
Students participate in practical training at their own risk.
Students are responsible for:
- Following all safety instructions
- Using products correctly
- Performing patch testing where appropriate
- Maintaining appropriate hygiene standards
- Obtaining insurance where required
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Haus of Artists is not liable for:
- Allergic reactions
- Client complaints
- Business losses
- Loss of income
- Equipment damage
- Improper treatment outcomes
- Injuries resulting from misuse of products or techniques
10. Online Platform Access
Access to online learning platforms is intended solely for the enrolled student.
We reserve the right to:
- Monitor account activity
- Restrict suspicious access
- Suspend accounts involved in unauthorised sharing
- Remove access where breaches occur
Course access periods may vary depending on the training purchased.
11. Confidentiality
Any private business information, mentoring advice, educator guidance, internal systems, pricing structures, or proprietary teaching methods shared during training are confidential and must not be disclosed or replicated for commercial purposes.
12. Social Media & Testimonials
By tagging, reviewing, or submitting photos/content to us, you grant permission for us to repost or share this content for educational or marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
Students may not falsely represent affiliation, certification status, or partnership with our business.
13. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate course access without refund where:
- These Terms are breached
- Intellectual property is shared
- Payment defaults occur
- Conduct is inappropriate
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
Termination does not remove our right to pursue legal remedies where applicable.
14. Amendments

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
